My name is Kendra, and it is by no accident that you found yourself here.

I have been on quite a journey throughout my life, moving over 30 times, and wearing just as many hats as far as careers go.  

My path has required a significant amount of trust, and resourcefulness.  

The Earth, Elementals, and Ancestry within and around me are guiding forces within my life.  Daily practices consist of reconnecting and grounding into their wisdom & support, so that I may recognize where I exist within the natural rhythm & flow of life. 

Through studying herbalism & many holistic healing modalities, I have learned to listen with all of my being, honing in on the different ways that plants, animals & the unseen realms are communicating with us in each moment.  

I hold steady these days, without rushing, practicing a large amount of detachment and surrender to the path I am designed to walk, a path that exists within new visionary territory.

I hold the torch of my own divinity for those around me to better see themselves, and to support in shining through the illusions our society has created to keep people chronically sick & so often disempowered.

I am inspired daily to live out my values of beauty & excellence, kindness, creativity, humor, gratitude, spirituality, hope, perspective, curiosity, & radical honesty.
